This 1964-1/2 Mustang was purchased in 1980 by Gil's daughter, Haidee (designer of this website). This was my first car and was my main mode of transportation through college and for quite a few years afterwards. The car became worn out and was put in storage at Dad's for many years with the hopes that one day I would have it restored. I moved to New York State and did not have a garage until recently. My surprise Christmas gift in 2004 was the restoration of my mustang! In May of 2005, my husband Harry and I traveled to California to join an annual Old Ford's Trip. We drove the mustang from Northern California to Oregon and back - 1200 miles in 4 days. It was great to be driving my mustang again! In July, Dad shipped it to New York. It is now at home on Cayuga Lake in upstate New York.
